Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all sales made over the Internet via educationalmaps.ca or directly through MPO Educational Enterprises and the Order Department.

Availability of items
All orders are filled at our Internet warehouse. The products that we have in stock are generally shipped within 7 days. However, MPO Educational Enterprises or its affiliates cannot be held liable for failing to meet posted delivery times.
If the warehouse informs us that an item that has been ordered is no longer available, the customer will receive a notice to that effect by e-mail.
Prices that are posted on the educationalmaps.ca website are in Canadian dollars, and do not include taxes or delivery charges. The price is payable in full in a single payment at the time when the order is placed. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For delivery outside of Canada, all customs, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery charges include preparation and packaging fees, along with postage. They are determined based on the delivery address, the number of items ordered, and the total value of the order before taxes and delivery charges. Customers cannot combine orders in order to benefit from a reduction in delivery charges.
Orders that are placed via the website must be paid for by credit card. We accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Orders that are placed by mail or by telephone may be also paid for by money order.
A period of seven days must be allowed for processing products that are in stock in our warehouse, and an average of 14 days must be allowed for a delivery inside of Canada. MPO Educational Enterprises and its affiliates cannot be held liable for a delay in delivery resulting from a shortage of stock or caused by the carrier under any circumstances.
Items that are sold by educationalmaps.ca are new and guaranteed to be without defect. If an item is found to be defective, or does not correspond to what was ordered, MPO Educational Enterprises undertakes to exchange or refund it, including delivery charges, within 10 days following the delivery date, on the condition that it is accompanied by the delivery notice or a copy of the invoice.
In order to return an item, the customer must call MPO Educational Enterprises Order Department in order to take the appropriate steps.
A customer who would like to return a product for another reason that was purchased on educationalmaps.ca may choose between a credit note or a refund. The exchange must take place within 10 days following delivery. If the item is not defective, the return will be subject to a 30% administration fee, and delivery charges will not be refunded. If the customer benefited from free delivery, the administration fee will be increased to 50% of the sales price of the returned item.
No exchange, credit or reimbursement can be accepted once a sales transaction of a digital product has been confirmed. In no instance will MPO Educational Enterprises or its affiliates be held responsible for any compatibility issues in a digital product.
Money Back Guarantee
If an account with a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee is purchased and then cancelled within the first thirty (30) days of the beginning of the term (the “Money-Back Guarantee Period”), you will, upon your written request to the MPO Educational Enterprises (the “Refund Request”) within thirty (30) days of such termination or cancellation (“Notice Period”), receive a full refund of all fees previously paid by you to MPO Educational Enterprises for the initial term (“Money-Back Guarantee Refund”); provided that such Money-Back Guarantee Refund shall be due to you only upon your compliance with, and subject in all respects to the terms and conditions of MPO Educational Enterprises terms and conditions. Requests for these refunds must be made in writing to the MPO Support Team. Refunds will only be issued for our purchase of the product and will not include administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, nor will they include any fees for any other additional services. Refunds will not accrue, and shall not be paid under any circumstances, if you do not provide the applicable Refund Request within the Notice Period.
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement and terms and conditions will waive your rights under the refund policy.
